Thit Kho recipe (Vietnamese braised pork with hard boiled eggs)

Thit kho This recipe is a stew, the meat is so tender reeeeally. It can be country-style pork ribs, but you get the bone, if you can find. You can also pork belly for the broth with an oily skin. Personally, I move very crisp skin.

What you need:
-2.2 Pounds. (1 kg) of country style pork ribs
