Old-fashion Recipes for Ham and Bread Loaf Meat Norwegian Suitable for diabetics

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8-inch baking pan with foil, extending for about 1 / 2 inch above sides. In medium bowl, season ground beef, 2 cups of potatoes, onions, eggs, flour, dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press mixture into pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Take from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees. Carefully remove loaf withLift foil from pan. Peel off foil with a spatula and transfer to a baking dish. In medium bowl, combine the potatoes with remaining cheese. Spread top and sides of bread. Return to cook potatoes 20 minutes or until lightly browned. 4 servings.

HAM LOaF

1 1 / 2 pounds ground ham
Bread crumbs 1 / 2 cup
1 / 2 cup rolled oats
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 / 2 cup brown sugar

Add the ham, breadCrumbs, oats, eggs, onion and parsley in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into a loaf of bread. Sprinkle sugar over the top of the loaf. Put the bread in a buttered and floured pan very easy. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
