Cooking Ideas For Your Pet Bird Or Parrot

Cooking for you pet bird or parrot is a great way to bond with your parrot as well as providing nutrition that your bird will love to sink it's beak into!

Here is one word of caution before running to the kitchen. Make sure any cooked food is sufficiently cooled before giving it to your bird. The following recipes can be used in cases where you want to give your bird a special treat. Even though these recipes are not all perfectly healthy, they are perfectly "bird-elicious".

Birdy bread - This is very popular and there are hundreds of different recipes for Birdy bread. The basic ingredients are corn muffin mix, one more egg (shell and all) than the box calls for and one of the following (or a mix).
cup of mixed vegetables (fresh - if possible, frozen, canned - last resort)
4-ounce jar of vegetable baby food
hulled seeds
some pellets
Blend well and bake in a muffin or cake pan using the instructions on the box. This can be preserved in the freezer in appropriate sized chunks.

Rice and Veggie Mix - Cook a cup of brown rice, add in a vegetable mix of corn, peas, and carrots, and add in a finely chopped very hard-boiled egg.

French Birdy bread - This is French toast with a twist. Add hulled seeds to the egg covered bread and cook as usual. You can use egg substitutes for a healthier recipe.

Polly-Cakes - This is regular pancakes with a twist. Add hulled seeds to the pancake and cook as usual.

Parrot Pizza - Use regular pizza crust. Bake the crust and let it cool. Smear peanut button (low fat) on the crust and add nuts, seeds, and chopped vegetables. For those that are really in a hurry, use whole grain toast instead of pizza crust.

Cherrio Necklace - String a bunch of Cheerios through a piece of wire. Twist the ends together to form a loop.  Spread peanut butter onto the Cheerios and dip the ring into seeds. Hang it up.

Peanut Butter Breakfast Balls - Mix peanut butter (low fat) with Grape-nuts cereal and roll into balls. You can substitute with another of your bird's favorite breakfast cereal (crushed). You may also add seeds to the mixture or substitute seeds for the cereal.

Pine-Nutty Cones - Thoroughly rinse off a pinecone and allow it to dry in the sun if possible. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter (low fat) on, around, and in a pinecone. On a sheet of wax paper spread seeds and crushed cereal out and roll the pinecone repeatedly until well coated.

Popcorn Cakes - Popcorn cakes (look like rice cakes but are made from corn) can be found in most health food stores. Smear a thin coat of peanut butter (low fat) onto the cake. Apply seeds, fruit, and/or diced vegetables to the peanut butter.

Fruit and Vegetable Kabob - take some pieces of fruits and vegetables and poke holes in them. Thread a piece of untreated rawhide through the fruits and vegetables to make a kabob.

Cooking Tips - Low Fat Cooking

Most of us are aware that we should eat healthy to stay fit. But most of us fail to follow this sensible advice mainly because we lack information on low fat cooking. Low fat cooking does not require special ingredients or a lot of extra effort. By giving a little more attention to what we eat and what we use to cook our food, we can come up with healthy and delicious low-fat food.

Low fat cooking is a way of preparing and cooking food that reduces our total fat intake. By making simple changes in how we cook, we will be able to enjoy a healthier diet without sacrificing flavor or giving up whole food groups

There are many benefits that we can get from lower fat cooking. It helps to keep us fit, lowers cholesterol levels, and protects us from heart problems. Below are a few tips to cut the amount of fat in the diet:

1. Use non-stick cooking spray instead of oil or butter. If cooking spray is not an option, use liquid oils instead of solid fats.

2. Choose lean meat and skinless chicken breasts, and trim all visible fat from meat.

3. Instead of frying, use other cooking methods such as grilling, broiling, baking, braising, poaching and microwaving foods. When you must saute, use minimal amounts of oil or use broth instead.

4. Dredge chicken or fish in breadcrumbs instead of batter, and then bake them instead of frying.

5. Replace some of the meat content in burgers, meatloaf, chili, etc. with vegetables, whole grains or beans.

6. Instead of pork or beef sausages, use chicken or turkey sausages. Replace regular bacon with Canadian or turkey bacon.

7. Use an egg substitute to cut out cholesterol. Or, use one egg and two egg whites to replace two whole eggs in your recipes.

8. Use fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Substitute full-fat cheeses with reduced-fat ones, and lessen the amount you use. Use yogurt or reduced fat sour cream in dressings, dips, spreads and stews.

9. Marinate your food in soy sauces, flavored olive oil, herbs or spices.

10. When baking, replace some of the fat with applesauce, low-fat buttermilk, or nonfat yogurt. Your baked goods will taste just as good without the extra fat.

Obesity and heart disease are on the rise. Low fat cooking can lower the amount of fats in our diet and help us avoid heart disease and common health problems associated with excess weight such as arthritis, joint pains and back problems.

Australian Barbeque - More Than Just Shrimp on the Barbie

Everybody barbecues in Australia. There are thousands of beaches, parks, and campgrounds throughout Australia, and many have free or coin-operated gas or electric barbecues. Many of these recreational spots have covered shelters with picnic tables and running water. Yes, the Australian barbie is very popular these days.

Australian barbeque has evolved in recent years. In the past, Aussies would throw any old meat on the barbie, grill it beyond recognition, then serve it for some fast backyard food. The real test was how much beer you could drink before and after eating the charred meat.

There's still plenty of meat and shrimp on the barbie, but today, Australians grill with a little more thought going into the food. The Australian grill chef of today experiments with different sauces and flavors. They even like to throw some vegetables on the grill on occasion.

Quick cooking is still what Australian barbeque is all about. Australians generally prefer flat-top, or open-pit barbeque grills. Trolly barbies, which are portable grills on wheels, have become the most popular outdoor cooking appliances in Australia.

Like in many places around the world, Aussies love to grill steaks, pork, seafood, sausages, chicken, turkey, lamb, and veal. But because it is Australia, a few native "extras" might be thrown on the barbie. You will find plenty of emu and ostrich, which are red meats that actually look like steaks when on the grill. Crocodile, which is a white meat with a firm texture, is also popular. They also love to cook wallaby and kangaroo, which look and taste like quality beef steaks.

A lesser known Aussie barbeque fare is the witchetty grubs. This is a 4-5 inch gray-white worms about as thick as your thumb. It is normally grilled and has the look of a sausage link. Many think it has a slight peanut butter taste after it is cooked. Eating a witchetty grub is a rite of passage at any Australian barbeque.

Probably the most popular of all grilled meats in Australia are the "snags", or "mystery bags", which are sausages with any number of meats filled inside the casings. These should never be poked or pricked with a knife or fork, as the skin keeps the meat juicy throughout the cooking process. Australians always use tongs when cooking "snags". A broken skin is a sign that the grill cook is an amateur.

Aussies have discovered that bbq can be more than just getting your belly full of meat and beer. There can be some thought and planning involved in the cookout. Although Australian Barbeque is still about having some backyard fun with friends (and drinking beer), there is a sense that Aussies now "get it" with their grilling. And maybe this is why grilling is such a popular past-time in Australia today.

Heart Health Cooking - Top 10 Tips to Preserving the Healthy Qualities of Food

Unless you change some of the ways you prepare food, all your best intentions and plans for eating healthy and maintaining a healthy heart can be compromised. The most important change you can make in cooking is to learn to cook with little or no oils or other fats. The following is a list of the top ten (10) tips to help preserve the healthful qualities of food and therefore preserve the health of your heart.

Be on the lookout for low-fat recipes in cookbooks and/or magazines that provide a nutritional analysis for each recipe.
Purchase nonstick cookware so that you can "fry" or brown foods in the absence of fat. If you normally add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to a skillet, you have put off 120 calories and 14 grams of fat from your diet by using a nonstick skillet instead.
Add a few handy kitchen gadgets to your cooking arsenal such as a garlic press, lemon zester, vegetable steamer, egg separator, and spice grater to expand your cooking habits.
Stock up your kitchen with fat-free flavor enhancers such as onions, herbs and spices, colorful fresh peppers, gingerroot, fresh garlic, fresh lemons and limes, Dijon mustard, sherry or other wines, flavored vinegars, bouillon granules, low-sodium soy sauce, and plain, nonfat yogurt.
When sautéing onions, mushrooms, or celery, use a small amount of wine, water, broth, soy sauce, or Worcestershire sauce in lieu of oil or butter.
Steam or microwave vegetables. Then add flavor to them with vinegars, herbs, butter-flavored powders, or spices.
When cooking fish, use parchment paper or foil packets. Using this methods helps to seal in flavor and juices.
Use broth, vegetable juice, dry wine, flavored vinegars, herbs, and spices when poaching fish or skinless poultry. Using a covered roasting pan is a low-cost alternative for a fish poacher.
Reduce the amount of meat used in casseroles and stews by one-third and add more vegetables, pasta, or rice.
In recipes, use low-fat or nonfat cream cheese, processed cheeses, or sour cream, in place of their high-fat counterparts.

By heeding these ten tips, you can preserve the healthful qualities of most foods as well as be kind to your heart so that you can live a longer and healthier lifestyle.

Microwave Potato Bag - What is it and Why Do I Need One?

A microwave potato bag might be something you've never heard of - many people haven't. It is exactly what the name would indicate: a cloth bag that is used to cook potatoes in the microwave. Let's examine why you'd want to do that.

Typically, a baked potato would be produced in the oven. The oven would be pre-heated, the potato would be washed, then pricked with a fork, and finally placed into the oven. Long after, possibly an hour or even more, the potato was ready. But who wants to wait for an entire hour? Plus, the skin can be dried out and crunchy, which may not be exactly what you want.

Instead, you could use the microwave. In this case, you'd usually follow the same wash and prick procedure, but then place the potato in the microwave instead of the oven. This of course leads to a much faster cooking time, but introduced an entirely new problem. The texture of the potato is ruined. It can be hard, solid, or chunky, and definitely doesn't give the traditional baked potato experience.

Up until recently you've been forced to choose between the convenience of the microwave and the superior results of the oven. But the microwave potato bag changes that. All you have to do is wash the potatoes as usual, place them into the bag, and then stick them in the microwave. You don't even have to use a fork to prick holes in them. The result is a perfectly fluffy potato that reproduces the long-baked oven experience with only a few minutes of waiting.

A high quality potato bag will generally be made up of three separate layers: a decorative outer shell, a plain inner lining, and a filling or batting of some sort. It should close around the potatoes when they are in the bag, sealing in the right amount of moisture for perfect cooking.

South of the Mason Dixon line, black eyed peas have simmered on
stoves for decades and are served at the midnight hour on New
Year's Eve along with the chilled champagne, mixed drinks, and
the beer. Dried, frozen or canned, they have been traditionally
cooked with either ham hocks, ham chunks, or bacon and whatever
other ingredients the home cook adds to them. For the carb and
the cholesterol conscious, turkey bacon or turkey ham is used as

product is used. For the salt-free, a light salt is used.

that they were soaked in and cover them with some more water.
Bring the ingredients to a boil for ten minutes. Turn the heat
down to medium-low. After the black eyed peas are almost
finished cooking add the pureed tomatoes and the whole jalapeno.
Adjust the seasonings. Cook until the peas are done. Serve with
slices of corn bread and butter.

minutes.

Black eyed peas were originally cultivated in Asia, India and
Africa. They were brought to the West Indies and the Southern
states in America by slaves. The peas stand for coins and
prosperity. They are a rich source of Calcium, Folate and Vitamin A.

Frozen black eyed peas are usually found in the freezer section
of the grocery store. Bacon is usually used instead of ham for
a better flavor.

Frozen Black Eyed Peas

2-slices bacon, cut into halves

1/2-cup onion, chopped

2-cloves garlic, finely chopped

1-16-oz bag black eyed peas

1/4-tsp. sugar

Salt and pepper

Directions: In a large pot: Cook the bacon until it is almost
done. Saute the chopped onion and the garlic. Add the frozen
black eyed peas and cover them with water. Season with the salt, the pepper and the sugar. Cook on medium-low until they are done.

Canned black eyed peas are the quickest way to cook them and
they are usually well seasoned with added bacon. Although, the
home cook might add two slices of cooked bacon and lightly season
them.

Over the last ten years the diet and fitness industry has experience exorbitant growth. Due to rise in diabetes and obesity, millions of people begin diet programs every single day. However, insufficient planning, overwhelming food cravings, and the availability of fast foods have made it extremely difficult for even the very best diet plans to work.

Unfortunately, most diet plans cannot be sustained. The meal choices and calorie allowances are often too few and they are difficult to factor into the busy schedules of most people. Additionally, some of the diet plans are very drastic and can cause fatigue, dizziness, mood swings, and headaches. You can avoid all these pitfalls by sticking to a healthy diet plan and making some changes to your eating behaviors.

Breakfast - Does your breakfast often consist of a large cup of coffee in one hand and a bagel in the other as you rush to work? If so, you're definitely not alone.

Many on-the-go people have a tendency to skip breakfast. This is not a good idea because this is setting the precedence for the whole day. By the time lunchtime rolls around, you will be famished and fatigued. To save time, prepare a healthy breakfast before you go to bed at night. Include things like sugar-free muesli, low-fat yogurt, and sliced fruit.

Another idea for a healthy breakfast is an egg on a toasted English muffin. This protein packed meal comes in under 300 calories if you don't add cheese or processed meat. If you find yourself with just ten extra minutes, you can make an egg white omelet filled with vegetables. If you top this off with salsa you will be adding extra antioxidants to the meal. Avoid eating cereal for breakfast. Its much better to get fiber with foods like broccoli, spinach, peas, legumes, and whole grains.

Lunch and Snacks - Many people start feeling the urge to visit the vending machine down the hall either midmorning or in the middle of the afternoon. Most Products is a machine are full of preservatives and refined sugar. These empty calories should be avoided.

Instead, eat low-fat cheese and a slice of grapefruit for about the same calories than a third of a package of crackers or chips. Make sure snacks in your desk or car. Nuts travel well, but should not have honey or salt added and must be consumed in moderation. Two tablespoons of cashew nuts contain 200 calories, the same calories of two apples.

Almost everyDieter is entering a danger zone around noon. Most options include lunch meat high sodium food that is sure to cause flatulence. Many salads and sandwiches are about the same calories in a hamburger. Good choices include lean meat sandwich of whole wheat. Skip the mayonnaise and avocado, hummus or mustard instead.

Choose salad dressings that are made with extra virgin olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Eating lots of vegetables and low fat meat. Try cookingChicken earlier this week to use for sandwiches and salads during the week.

Dinner - You will be binging at risk if you like that after work cocktail. Or do not drink or eat a small meal before going to avoid binging. Be careful with cocktails, mixed drinks, since it can be up to 400 calories. Before going home at night, have a good idea of what you eat for dinner. If you think about the future, you are less likely to quitin a supermarket when you are tired and hungry.

Stock a variety of herbs and spices. Use spices like parsley, saffron, chili powder, onion powder, pepper, garlic, curry and tailored to each individual meal to individual preferences. Give yourself permission to enjoy what you missed in a single day of the weekend, but return to your normal diet the next day. Sticking to a healthy eating plan is a bit 'easier when you know you can show off a bit' onWeekend.

For many people flying holiday that some fear. Do not worry, if you hit "it", after a day of fairly generous portions. For your normal eating habits the next day back. Be sure to practice moderation. Too much exercise will leave you hungry and can cause muscle fatigue. Strive to maintain realistic goals. With the meal planning easy, you are much more likely to achieve your goals.

Gas Grill Cooking - Time For Chicken

Cooking Chicken on the Grill - Facing The Grilling Time Dilemma

Have you ever tried to cook chicken on a grill? Do you often get stuck with the chicken grilling time dilemma? Very few of us are successful in grilling chicken, especially those who practice it only over the weekend. Several days efforts are needed to learn how to get that perfect grilled chicken with mouthwatering aroma and taste. Any wrong estimation of gas grill cooking time for chicken will actually land you in a soup if you do not follow the right method. Timing is crucial for a nicely grilled chicken. So, read on if you want to avoid overcooked, uncooked or burnt chicken and enjoy a great barbecue party at home.

Know When Your Chicken is Cooked

It is important to know the exact time to cook chicken on a grill so that you get the desired results. The best way is to grill chicken on a low heat (230 degrees F. to 250 degrees F.) for about 45 minutes or maybe just a few minutes, depending upon how hot the grill is. A meat thermometer will help you to monitor the internal temperature of the meat without slicing it in the grill. Thus, you'll be able to avoid the releasing of moisture in the grill while cooking and will also reduce your chances of undercooking or overcooking.

The Right Cooking Time for Chicken - With or Without Bones

If you are cooking for the first time, you need to keep in mind whether the chicken is boneless or not. In case of boneless chicken, the internal temperature is about 170 degree F. when it is fully done. The ideal chicken cook time for bones is 180 degree F.

Tips for the Perfect Taste

Those who have an iron grate on the grill need to brush it with vegetable oil and olive oil before grilling the chicken. This will help to prevent the chicken from getting stuck to the grill while cooking. Those who are using gas bbq grill can prepare some of the best and tasty barbequed chicken by keeping in mind the various factors affecting the chicken cooking time.

If you baste your grilled chicken with BBQ sauce you will surely have your guests wanting for more. It gives a mouthwatering taste to the chicken prepared in gas bbq grill, but if used before the grilling, the chicken can burn and taste bitter as the sugar in the sauce burn with the chicken.

Pre-Serving Tips

Once you have cooked your chicken in a gas bbq grill or any other grill, let it rest for some time before cutting it into slices. If you start cutting the hot chicken immediately after taking it off the grill, the fluids may run out of the meat, reducing its softness. If the chicken is allowed to rest for some time in a grill after being cooked this won't happen.

So next time, you plan a party outdoors, make a sumptuous meal of grilled chicken and enjoy it with your family and friends.

Chef Merlin: Simple Breakfast (Eggy in the Basket/ Baked Tomato/ Bacon)

This is my first cooking video of hopefully many to come. I was a little nervous creating this video, plus I was am a little inexperienced at doing a show like this, so the quality of this video is not the best, but I am sure the videos will get better. especially after I figure out all the logistics of camera placement in my small kitchen while using a tripod to film. Please bare with the quality for now. Anyway, in this episode I show how to make Eggy in the Basket (from V for Vendetta), Baked Tomato, and Bacon (really the bacon I just happened to be frying up along with the rest of the breakfast). I figured that I would start out with a very simple recipe. In the future, the recipes will vary in difficulty from simple like this one to more complicated recipes that are hopefully recipes that my viewers can duplicate. I am a firm believer in the principle that "anyone can cook," and invite viewers from all backgrounds and all levels of cooking experience to join me in creating some nice meals. Feel free to make changes to my recipes as you see fit. I hope you will subscribe to my videos and share with me your experiences with my recipes, including changes you make.

How Can I Lose Weight Fast? Nutrition and Exercise Tips Are Revealed Here

The question "How can I lose weight fast?" is a very common one. Especially if you have an event like a wedding, vacation or a reunion to go to. Or maybe you just want to look amazing for the summer. Whatever your reason, this article will help you to get there quickly.

The first thing you need to do is to start eating smaller meals more often. This will speed up your metabolism almost instantly. If you are only eating 2-3 times a day your body will think it is starving and will be more likely to store the food as fat.

Next you need to eat healthy foods that are not processed. Almost all foods that come in heavy packaging are a no-no because they are man-made foods. They are not only calorie dense but contain tons of chemicals that will prevent you from losing weight fast.

Stick to natural foods like oatmeal, egg whites, chicken breasts, fish, brown rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta and fruits and vegetables. You will be able to eat a lot more calories this way and still feel full. You can add things like onions, pepper or Mrs. Dash for flavorings.

You should also prepare your food by grilling, broiling or baking. You should never fry anything unless you use a non-stick cooking spray. You should also avoid drowning your foods with salad dressings, margarine, butter, mayo, and salt.

You also need balanced nutrition which means you should have protein and carbohydrates at each meal. Protein will slow down how fast the carbs are digested preventing huge insulin spikes. Protein is also more thermic meaning it requires more calories to digest it. So try increasing your lean protein intake.

Another thing to keep in mind is your caloric level. Since you will be eating a little less (never starve yourself!) your metabolism will have a natural tendency to adapt and slow down. The way to counter this is to raise your calories every 3 days to trick your body into raising your metabolism again.

You should be drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Believe it or not water helps you to lose weight and also helps to fight off hunger. You don't need to be obsessive but try and drink as much as you can. A good way to begin is to start drinking water instead of soda and fruit juices which are high in sugar.

If you want to lose weight fast you also need to start exercising. You need to do cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, or using an exercise bike or treadmill. For maximum results do 40-45 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. The idea is to burn more calories then you consume.

Once you have reached your goal you can then cut back again to a maintenance level. A maintenance level would be considered 20 minutes 3 times a week. This really depends on your body type and metabolism.

If you really want to spike your metabolism you should also start resistance training. You don't burn as many calories during the workout as cardio but it is the effect after the workout you are looking for. Studies show your metabolism stays high for up 48 hours after an intense resistance training workout.

If you do a full body workout every second day your metabolism will be higher virtually 24/7! If you don't have weights you can do body weight exercises like squats, push ups and pull ups. Walking is also great because you don't need any equipment.

All of these things combined together create a thing called synergy. This means that when all the elements are combined they create a huge effect that is much greater than each individual part. The real secret here is consistency. If you follow this day after day without fail you will see amazing results!

Egg Foo Yong

One of my favorite Chinese foods is Egg Foo Yong, which is nothing more than a Chinese-style omelet. Egg Foo Yong is like the 'Chinese' dish Chop Suey in that it was not developed in China, but in America by Chinese chefs. This dish can be cooked in a wok, but a cast iron skillet or griddle works much better, as more can be cooked at one time.

Egg Foo Yong

4 eggs

1 cup drained bean sprouts

1/2 cup Chinese Napa cabbage, finely chopped

1 small stalk celery, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

peanut oil for cooking

Sauce

1 cup cold water, or beef, chicken or vegetable broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

Break eggs into large bowl. Whisk eggs together with fork. Add bean sprouts, cabbage, celery, onion and salt and combine. Heat wok or skillet, put in a tablespoon or two of peanut oil. When oil is hot, add about 1/3 of a cup of the egg mixture. Fry until golden brown, turn over and fry other side until golden brown. Continue until all egg mixture has been used.

In a small saucepan, combine water, soy sauce, garlic powder and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When mixture boils, turn down fire to simmer and add mushroom pieces. Continue to cook sauce until mushrooms are warmed through. Serve over Egg Foo Yong.

A versatile recipe that you can add 1/2 cup of cooked ham, pork, beef, seafood or even cheese to the egg mixture.

Big Green Egg Accessories You Must Have

The Big Green Egg is a ceramic grill that can be used to grill, smoke or even bake breads and desserts. It originated in Japan, but is now a popular grill with barbecue enthusiasts in the U.S. While the Egg (as it is fondly called) is fantastic all by itself, there are several accessories that can make your grilling experience even better, including:

Get Cooking in Under 10 Minutes with the Big Green Egg Electric Starter

Wood lump charcoal is used to cook with in the Big Green Egg. You don't use regular charcoal briquettes in the Egg, and you NEVER use lighter fluid! To start your Egg, you can use either natural fire starters, or the Big Green Egg Electric Starter. No matter which you prefer your Egg should be ready to cook on in 8-10 minutes.

Create Fabulous Pizzas and Desserts with the Plate setter and Baking Stone

One of the biggest benefits of the Big Green Egg vs. other charcoal grills is the versatility. The Egg is a barbecue grill, a smoker and an outdoor oven all in one. You'll find many Eggheads who cook breads and pizzas in their Big Green Egg in addition to the more traditional ribs, burgers and other grill foods. To turn your Egg into a brick oven you'll need a plate setter or a baking stone.

The plate setter is a flat ceramic disc with three legs that is used as a ceramic heat shield by providing a barrier between the food and the fire. The purpose is to provide indirect heat which is great for cooking roasts or ribs. Or, add the baking stone on top of the plate setter and turn your Egg into a brick oven for creating fabulous pizzas or mouthwatering desserts.

Cook Up to Six Slabs of Ribs (and Torture Your Neighbors) with the Rib Rack

We love our Big Green Egg barbecue, but the one limitation we have experienced is the small cooking space. We love to entertain, so we really need more cooking space on the grill. My husband gets frequent requests for ribs, but it's hard to cook more than two slabs on the limited cooking space.

Thankfully, the makers of the Egg also make a rib rack that solves this problem. The rib rack allows you to cook your ribs vertically, which means you can cook up to 6 slabs instead of just 1 or 2. This makes entertaining our friends and family much easier!
