This is even more reasons to keep them in our diet, increase the levels at we eat them and enjoy them to the fullest extent. If you really want to maintain a full healthy diet and want to eat food that is beneficial, eggs are a great addition to any daily meal. Just try to eat them in healthier ways such as poaching. Try to avoid frying them too much, never the less however, with a decent non-stick pan; there isn't really a need for oil, but just the egg.
