Still working up to the villa in the middle of nowhere, the weather was beautiful and the guests have decided to cancel their reservations and restaurant invite some friends for a barbecue last minute .. Oops! No problem! . I had imrpovise, but with a difference ... ... ... So, this weeks recipe - lamb and couscous burgers.
